We are a reputable high school located in Fujian Province, currently seeking a native British English teacher to join our international teaching team for the 2026-2027 academic year. The position will start in late August 2026, supporting our high school students’ English curriculum and international education development.

Basic Job Information

- Start Date: Late August 2026
- Contract Period: September 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027
- Student Age: 16 – 19 years old
- Required Nationality: Native British English Speaker

Job Responsibilities

1. Deliver standard English courses in full accordance with the school’s designated curriculum requirements.
2. Prepare and organize professional, compliant teaching materials for daily courses.
3. Complete scheduled teaching tasks steadily with standardized teaching procedures.
4. Participate in mandatory school teaching activities including regular teaching research meetings, lesson preparation sessions and official government inspections as required.

Working Hours & Arrangement

1. Teaching Hours: 15 – 18 classes per week (40 – 45 minutes per class), with a maximum contractual limit of 25 classes weekly.
2. Office Work: Flexible working mode (available for on-site or remote completion) with no strict fixed working hours.
3. Mandatory Activities: Weekly one-hour collective teaching research; 1 – 2 monthly centralized lesson preparation sessions for the international department.
4. Holidays: Full enjoyment of weekends, official statutory holidays, winter vacation and summer vacation.

Salary & Benefits

1. Pre-tax Monthly Salary: 15,000 – 16,000 RMB
2. Accommodation: Free apartment provided by the school
3. Winter Vacation Benefit: 1-month unpaid winter vacation with a pre-tax subsidy of 5,000 RMB
4. Summer Vacation Arrangement: 2-month unpaid summer vacation (July & August)
5. Renewal Airfare Subsidy: Pre-tax subsidy of 8,000 RMB for contract renewal candidates

Working Requirements

Candidates must be native British English speakers, with authentic oral English proficiency to adapt to high school international teaching and complete all teaching and administrative tasks as required by the school.
