Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Map out PR strategy deployment for review and then implement a proactive process proven by KPI and metrics
- Formalize editorial planning, roll-out and reporting cycle; translate anecdotal or qualitative data into actions and plans for revising PR campaigns and press outreach
- To build and maintain positive image of the organisation
- Proactively pitch for celebrity and influencer seeding opportunities to drive maximized brand/product exposure
- Explore new and effective digital channels for building and marketing promotions
- Develop strong business relationships with internal and external parties for promotion programs implementation
- Manage daily content in different digital asset (e.g. websites, social media channels, advertising content) with brand standard
- Provide marketing research and analysis, and specific information for senior management as required
- Manage and control advertising, promotion and PR budgets and expenses
- Any ad-hoc projects assigned by senior management
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Marketing, Media Communication or related discipline
- At least 8-10 years or above solid experience in Media, Communications, Public relations or Marketing
- Experience in Retail or F&B industry is a definite advantage
- Well-connected within media & local KOL community and makes evident good media understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
- Strong leadership and organization skills with a strategic mindset
- Sensitive to details and deadlines
- Fluent in both written, spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills
