Objectives / Purpose of Job:

To be the specialist of translating company’s visions and goals in all trade channels. The successful candidate will be responsible to drive the business by coordinating the new product launch plan; organizing, implementing and monitoring promotional & merchandising programs at consumer and market segment levels based on the established objectives, budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement public relations program in line with objectives of the company
• Maintain good relationships with media and promote the image of the company
• Develop and produce high-quality, informative, and interesting press releases, press kits, and related materials
• Identify and communicate with key bloggers and influencers (KOL) to continuously achieve social media success for the brand
• Build up own community through partnership with influencers and responsible for KOL management
• Design and execute trade show participation, promotional events for product launch, press conferences etc
• Develop monthly, quarterly and annual media activity reports
• Communicate effectively with both external and internal parties to complete project successfully
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Job Requirements 

• 2 years or above PR work experience
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• University graduate in Marketing/Public Relations/Business Administration or related disciplines
• Experienced in handling KOL
• Good relationship with Media
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Immediate available is preferred
