Job Description
We are seeking native English-speaking teachers (preferably from the UK, US, or Canada) to join our primary and high schools in Shenzhen’s Futian District. Ideal candidates will have experience teaching English at K-12 levels, with a strong preference for those with formal school teaching or tutoring backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging English language lessons aligned with China’s national curriculum for primary (Grades 1–6) or high (Grades 10–12) students.
Teach no more than 20 hours per week (class size: 35-40 students).
Participate in curriculum development, student assessments, and parent-teacher meetings.
Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and cross-cultural exchange.

Requirements
Nationality: Native English speaker (preferred passports: UK, US, Canada).
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Certification: TEFL/TESOL certification.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of teaching experience (school, tutoring, or related field). Priority given to candidates with K-12 classroom experience.
Skills: Patient, culturally adaptable, and passionate about working with young learners.
