Job Description

Intel's Public Sector team is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our US Federal Civilian team. This team connects Intel's portfolio of technology, partners and ecosystem to US Government Civilian priorities. You will represent Intel and our ecosystem in IT Device/DataCenter/Cloud Modernization, HPC, AI, 5G, Security and Edge in complex use cases and enterprise IT challenges.

The Account Executive will own the strategy, sales responsibilities, and customer relationships with the State Department and Citizen Services agencies including Social Security Administration, Commerce, Labor and others.

The Account Executive should have demonstrated success selling to and supporting the Civilian government. The AE will have a deep understanding of the Civilian Department and sub-agency organization and management structure along with key priorities, strategy, and programs.

This individual should have a clear understanding of key Intel focus areas as they apply to the Civilian Government: Enterprise Compute-Cloud-Edge-5G-AI-HPC-Cyber.

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and already developed relationships.

Multi-tasker, with the ability to effectively go from tactical level discussions with engineers and procurement decision makers to strategic activities with C-Suite, SES/SIS and general officers and key solution partners.

Ability to collaborate and partner with the broad Intel ecosystem including Government Contractors, OEM's, ISV's, CSP's, VAR's, SI's, and the Channel


Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology sales and/or in program/project management experience to go from technological concept to deployable product solutions that create mission value to the US Federal Government and financial results and value for business.

  • Ability to travel to government offices and events is a requirement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Past experience working with or selling to and supporting the US Federal Civilian Government is desired.

  • Government acquisition processes and/or Government service (military or civilian) experience.

  • DC Metro area based is preferred.

  • Technical or business degree in computer science, technology, or related.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$192,390.00-$307,810.00

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
