About The Role:
Coordinate Art/DTP/MM projects delivery in line with internal client agreement - on time, in the required quality, within estimate and with appropriate internal client treatment and responsiveness.
Responsibilities:
Supports localization team through developing effective project delivery solutions/proposals including estimates.
Completes project risk analysis and defines mitigation actions of the risks identified.
Creates (prepares internal version) of project plans and schedules based on client-specific requirements. Applies appropriate contingencies in planning and resourcing.
Allocates required project resources (people, tools, hardware, software, partners etc.) with P&M Resource Manager or P&M Manager assistance.
Prepares and completes project specific education, coaching for DTP/MM Specialists.
Creates and controls project estimate, does time/cost tracking, prepare data for Purchase Orders creation for external partners.
In line with project plans: organizes, assigns, measures and monitors work of his/her team members. Ensures team's compliance with standards, practices and policies.
Ensures quality and timelines of team's deliveries.
Updates, prepares regular reports and provides feedback to internal client, Direct Manager and peers about progress/forecast, escalation of issues, support needed from management, others.
Organizes and leads project/client/partner meetings and calls (e.g. kick-offs, weekly, ad-hoc issue-solving, post mortems), records and distributes meeting minutes and monitors delivery of agreed action items.
Solves issues or disagreements (system or product), identifies causes and sets corrective/preventive action.
Ensures that specific knowledge is recorded and shared by his/her team across Publishing & Media team.
Actively participates on internal coordination meetings - provides data, informs, proposes innovations, provides constructive feedback.
Regularly follows industry news and trends. Improves his/her knowledge through active participation on trainings and self-trainings.
Regularly monitors internal clients' satisfaction with his/her team's results and takes improvement actions.
Requirements:
Recruitment, training, mentoring, performance objective setting and evaluation, personal development and career planning of his/her direct subordinates or supports P&M Resource Manager or P&M Manager assistance for indirect subordinates.
Assigns tasks and timeframes to project team members.
Builds effective working relationships with internal clients, within Unit as well as Moravia and co-operates with them to meet unit operational, tactical and strategic goals.
Proposes rewards for exceptional contribution of his/her team members.
Delegates some of the above-mentioned tasks to senior member(s) of his/her team.
DTP/MM experiences at least 2 years; Experiences in localization at least for 2 years; 2+ years on senior DTP/MM Specialist or relevant coordination/management experience on other position(s)
English 5 Intermediate - both spoken and written
DTP/MM tools - Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects or similar tools.
Excellent knowledge of PC or MAC; Advanced user skills of Microsoft Office;
