This position will be based in Longgang factory(改职位在我们龙岗工厂上班）

We are specialized in tools, machinery and professional equipment for DIY, semiprofessional and professional markets. We sell OEM products as well develop new products in collaboration with factories, which are distributed under our own brand names. Finding good suppliers and understanding our products is crucial to our company, there for a good technical understanding of our products is important.

Job Responsibility 岗位职责

– Coordinate the purchase of materials and services for Manufacturing.

– Implement the order and procurement contract

– Develop company purchasing standards and processes based upon value analysis, economies of scale, total acquisition costs, and budget limitations.

– Monitor and track the delivery and consignees to guarantee the project schedule

– Quality inspection of incoming materials and parts. Develop inspection standards to guarantee the quality

– Purchase initiatives reducing inventory and improving quality through vendor selection and supplier development

– Collect invoice and assist accounting to finish payment

– Assume other tasks from his or her supervisor

– Submit the procurement analyses and report monthly

– Develop, review and manage suppliers

– Support the project team to cut down the procurement cost

Requirements

• Perferable bachelor degree in Mechanics, Electrics or proven skills through experience
• 2 years experience in Procurement,Purchase, Supply Chain Managament
• Procurement experience in electrical and mechanical parts
• dynamic,innovative, creative and must have analytical decision making
• Effective communicator. Good interpersonal skills and Negotiation skills
• Skilled with computer software
• Familiar with supply chain management and MRP (Materials Requirement Planning) is a plus
• Drive to continous improving and aim high European quality standards
• Must be able to read and write in English language.
