Purchase & Logistic Supervisor 

Job Duties (Three Main Field) 

1. Communicate with Factories (Purchase)

Prepare regular PO, PI, Follow up on orders

Ensure goods are delivered on time 

Handle daily ad doc jobs with the factory 

Negotiation on the cost/prices 

2. Shipping (Logistics)

Able to handle full set of I/E document, L/C bank document

Communicate with forwarder, bank and warehouse

3. Reports & Analysis 

 Prepare and analyse inventory reports 

 Prepare Buy-in/Sell-out reports 

 Able to analysis and give insights to the current situation

Job Requirements:

         Certificate or above

         5 years of relevant experience preferred, Shipping experienced is a MUST

         Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.

         Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.

         Detail Minded, proactive and well organized.

         Good communication and interpersonal skills.

5 Day Work : Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 6:00pm (With 1 hour lunch break)
