This is a key role within the Global Financial Services and Systems (GFSS) Function within the Budapest Business Centre, reporting to Accounting Supervisor. The individual in the role will be responsible and accountable to perform the accounting activities for daily operations of the Israeli vendors. Daily process of incoming supplier invoices, prepare required reports at month end, sort out blocked items, work with local team and make sure payments are done on timely manner and on time. Your main responsibilities: • Daily process of the incoming suppier invoices with demonstrating efficiency, agility and ensure a high level of accuracy. Make sure that invoices are ready by their due date. • Responsible for the deployment of actions to ensure an adequate environment of internal control. Provide compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and all applicable statutory requirements as they apply to their areas of responsibility. • Active co-operation required to ensure compliance is maintained for all financial activities, as well as the safeguarding of plant assets in compliance with corporate policies and procedures. • Support Eaton goal to automate processes and drive process improvements. • Regular review of existing controls and Governance of the standard processes and ensuring alignment to globally defined SSC processes. • Collaboration with the other stakeholders to support overall goals and objectives. Proactively manage issues through understanding of the overall processes and interconnect. • Demonstrate a practical approach to continuous improvement of the processes.
