• Comply with all group conduct principles, purchaser’s charters, and purchasing procedures;
• Engaged in purchasing of items, which may include but not limited to raw materials, spare-parts, services, equipment, and fixed assets, as defined by the purchasing department manager.
• Develop more than one supplier for all major items, have the annual planning for developing the new substitute for sole supplier;
• Ensure all suppliers are treated equally and supplier selection is based on objective criteria，Regularly evaluate and manage the suppliers ;
• Organize the bidding for the responsible domain by Prosource or E-auction, Purchasing goods at prices lower than the average level of the market;
• Ensure that purchased materials and goods are in accordance with corresponding technical specifications needed to manufacture ductile iron pipes and fittings.
• Ensure that all purchasing activities stay within laws, prevailing rules and legislations of PR China;
• Work as a team member to secure all sorts of supplies required by the day-to-day operations of the plant, follow up the delivery of the contract and monitor the quality of the items;
• Provide the good service for internal customers, in time solve the problem for the items being purchased
• Implement fair procedure for qualification of major raw material suppliers in respect of ISO 9000 procedures.
• Follow up the market price trend for responsible domain and Regularly collect the related data and analyze it.
• Take the initiative to look for the chances of cost saving whatever it is from the market or internal cross department communication
• ASAP control finance risk and delay the payment, cancel the down-payment.
• Good follow-up of order execution—delivery on time with full compliance of quality SP, claim settlement and payment settlement, etc.

• College degree or above, major is not limited.
• Strong ability in computers and software usage.
• Be honest, integrity, open-minded, and have good sense of responsibility.
• Have good potential of analyzing and negotiation.
