Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspect of the purchase process, ensure continuity of supply and reasonable stock level, order follow up to ensure smooth daily operations
• Monitor and evaluate performance of vendors regularly; delivery arrangement, product & service quality, terms & conditions etc.
• Compare, analyze, and negotiate price and terms with vendors
• Sourcing regularly to look for better cost & quality
• Fulfilling users & customer’s needs by conducting feedback interviews & surveys.
• Keep update ERP system purchase & stock transactions & records
• Prepare reports for management, and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
• Provide purchasing services to Hong Kong, Macau, Shenzhen branches.

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 1-2 years purchasing or merchandising experience
• Skilled in MS Office, especially in Excel
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Mandarin
• Proactive, independent, cheerful, positive thinking and energetic person who can cope with multi-tasks
