BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB / 设立该职务的基本目的

• To support central team of one brand within LVMH P&C;
• To grow/emphasize cooperation between brand and Asia suppliers;
• To manage the Asian based suppliers with expected performance (service & quality);
• To coordinate the project development from Brief to Delivery;
• To source components in Asia for global use;
• To help Control/Monitor purchasing cost at Asia suppliers;
• To guarantee the service OTIF & Quality for filling plant / distribution center;
• To keep a satisfactory level of stock inventory;

KEY COMPETENCIES FOR THE POSITION 该职务所需的主要资质

• 2 to 3 years of purchasing/packaging development experience in related areas;
• Good communication skill and efficient team work playing is essential;
• Good negotiation skills as well as all other purchasing professional skills;
• Experience and knowledge about planning, procurement, logistic, stock evaluation…
• Dedicated, rigorous, tenacious, honest, open-minded, proactive;
• Fluent in English in oral and writing;
• French speaking is a plus

• To coordinate the project development from Brief to Delivery
• To provide workable solutions in order to meet the requirement of cost/quality/delivery
• To guarantee the service OTIF & Quality for filling plant / distribution center
• To build the smooth and efficient communication with suppliers and central team
• To manage the Asian based suppliers with expected performance
• To keep a satisfactory level of stock inventory
• To support TR/Promo team on certain administration task
