Responsibilities:

• Assist product sourcing and price negotiation with suppliers
• In charge of weekly retail store merchandise replenishment 
• Process purchase orders, plans and schedules deliveries
• Assist to manage cost and budget controlling in the whole purchasing process
• Update and maintain the inventory level for stock planning
• Assist to analyze weekly sales trend for each store, category and product
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the department
• Support developing the brand in HK & Chinese market

Requirement:

• Degree holders/ HD in related disciplines
• Understand the trends in China, Hong Kong, and other parts of Asia is advantageous
• Minimum of 2 years substantial buying / merchandising experience in Fashion/Beauty industry, preferably within the luxury accessory area
• Good at excel skills eg. vlookup
• Innovative, creative, fashion conscious and systematic in thinking
• Highly enthusiastic, energetic, willingness to take on extra responsibilities, proactive and results oriented
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin on both written and spoken

Working Hour:

Mon- Fri: 09:00-18-00
