Responsibility:

1. Total responsibility for the regarding purchasing – price, delivery, quality and project management; follow up the progress of procurement orders to ensure the timely delivery

2. Price and terms negotiation

3. New product development, go to factory for the furniture inspection while necessary

4. Evaluate and develop existing production capacities, build and actively maintain relation with supplier and customers

5. Constantly improve supplier performance to create capability for long term business development

6. Maintain supplier relationship

7. Monitor running business

8. Monitor team work performance, work closely together with QC, Engineer, and Key Account Manager

9. Foresee and solve problems

10. To carry out the market survey periodically, develop the channels and assist in communicating and evaluating the suppliers.

1. Adequate skill of cost analysis and price negotiation

2. Trading/Purchasing background, related experience from international business

3. Material and production related knowledge for furniture

4. Good communication skills

5. Honest and responsible

9. Works efficiently, especially under time pressure

10. Takes own initiative and act with confidence

11. Proficient Oral and written English
