Responsibilities：
1, according to customer orders or production needs, formulate the necessary resources procurement plans;
2, effective documents and records keeping department, master industry trends, statistical analysis of procurement of goods;
3,Daily ERP system data input and complete and timely communication with the financial sector supplier payment cycle, and with the Ministry of Finance to do the monthly production materials budget;
4, in strict accordance with ISO operational processes, and supplier information to collect and collate, assess and qualified suppliers to meet the production needs;
5, tracking the production and delivery of all procurement of goods, the identification results of the QC department of product quality and timely feedback to the supplier;
6, to collect and confirm the production of materials with the Ministry of goods seized, technical requirements, drawings and samples and compile the archive;

Qualifications：
1, age 28-40 years old, secondary and higher education, mechanical engineering;
2.At least 3 years procurement management experience, foreign-funded enterprises related to the area of procurement work experience is preferred;
