Brief Task Description

• Responsible for Supplier Integration Management (SIM) activities. Implementation of Shop Floor Management and WCM Tools at Strategic Suppliers Plants.
• Training to the Suppliers Management Teams of different Departments.
• Take the lead during the implementation process,
• Communicate Targets, Plans and Results.
• Make presentations to Supplier Plant Manager about Scorecard progress and obstacles to achieve the Targets
• Implementation of SIM Scorecard
• Training and Implementation of 40 SIM Tools in the Shop Floor
• Report status in a weekly base

Qualifications

• Education Background: College
• Language Requirement of English: Limited
• Working Experience; No working experience
• Strong desire and ability to learn
• Outgoing sharp personality – communication skills
• Leadership skills
