职位概述：负责日常协助采购部进行订单处理和付款等工作

? Daily Requisition form (RO) input in E1 system
每日在ERP系统中录入需求单
? Match delivery sheet, vendor invoice, goods receive notes and payment together
负责采购单据的匹配和传递。
? Vendor payment application and follow up
供应商付款申请的填写、提交和跟踪。
?Follow up and complete purchase contract signing process.
采购合同执行和跟踪。
? Other tasks assigned by superiors
其它部门主管交代的工作。

任职资格:

? Bachelor's Degree，purchasing assistant experience prefer.
大学本科及以上学历,有采购助理工作经验的优先考虑。
? Being Honest and strong sense of responsibility and a proactive work attitude.
为人诚实、有责任心，工作态度积极。
? Work independently with team work spirit
能独立工作，具有团队合作精神。
? Good language skills in English & Chinese
中英文读写流利
? Computer skill in Word, Excel;
熟练使用计算机软件，如word, excel
? Excellent communication and cooperation skill
