Job Description
JOB SUMMARY职位总述:

Manage domestic purchase including releasing report for supplier performance and negotiating best price.
负责国内采购有及制造供应商情况报告,协商价格。

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职位细则(工作职责及责任):

1) Manage domestic and overseas supplier’s performance
  国内外供应商管理
2) Release PO to suppliers, and manage the material delivery.
  下放订单给供应商并管理材料的交付.
3) Coordinate suppliers delivering to meet operation and shipping plan.
  协调供应商及时交货满足公司生产及发货计划
4) Visit suppliers as needed.  
  根据需要访问供应商
5) Coordinate supplier’s new samples approvals with Airtech business units
  协调供应商与埃尔泰克公司新产品样品审定
6) Coordinate with QA, check the quality of packing according to   Airtech packing Procedure. 
  与质量保证部配合,根据埃尔泰克包装程序检查包装质量
7) Distribute monthly supplier OTD reports
  分发每月供应商按时发货报告
8) Other jobs as required 
  要求的其他工作
9) Performs other jobs and tasks as required by management.
  根据要求协助其他工作。
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS教育/经验要求:
1.College degree and minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position. 
要求大学文凭和至少3年相关工作经验
2.Knowledge of supplier qualification processes and supplier performance metrics.
熟悉供应商筛选过程及供应商管理经验
3.Bilingual in English and Chinese languages, knowledge of computer 
中英文双语书写,要求有计算机知识
4.Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, Strong negotiation and contract management skills. 
要求有较好的中英文读写能力, 较强的谈判及合同管理能力
5.Good attendance record.
良好的出勤记录
6.Basic computer skill
掌握基本电脑知识。
