職責 :

• 跟進採購訂單,聯絡供應商,跟進訂單流程、文件及物流事務
• 管理存貨記錄及更新庫存記錄
• 協助主管維護電腦記錄
• 一般辦公室文書工作

要求:

• 中五或以上、良好普通話及英語
• 1 至 2年或以上相關工作經驗
• 懂中文輸入及一般電腦文書MS Office
• 良好書寫能力及溝通技巧 、有責任心、積極主動
• 即時到職優先考慮

上班時間 : 09:00-18:00
每週工作5天半
