Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible on product management duties including but not limited to purchasing order creation, in-house product codes creation, stock transfer arrangement and any others by using our internal system;
  • Assist team to prepare internal documents including warehouse receipt and purchase invoice to other department;
  • General clerical tasks such as data input, filing, filling internal product codes on order forms;
  • Provide administrative supports such as stationery ordering, office necessities arrangement, destroy of expired document;
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as per requested.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Form 5 and above;
  • At least 1 year of General Admin / Clerical Working Experience;
  • Working experience in purchasing/ logistic or Beauty Industry would be a plus;
  • Good knowledge in using MS Office applications (Excel, Word), Vlookup is a MUST;
  • Attention to details, proactive and willing to learn;
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
