Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible on product management duties including but not limited to purchasing order creation, in-house product codes creation, stock transfer arrangement and any others by using our internal system;
- Assist team to prepare internal documents including warehouse receipt and purchase invoice to other department;
- General clerical tasks such as data input, filing, filling internal product codes on order forms;
- Provide administrative supports such as stationery ordering, office necessities arrangement, destroy of expired document;
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as per requested.
Requirements:
- Minimum Form 5 and above;
- At least 1 year of General Admin / Clerical Working Experience;
- Working experience in purchasing/ logistic or Beauty Industry would be a plus;
- Good knowledge in using MS Office applications (Excel, Word), Vlookup is a MUST;
- Attention to details, proactive and willing to learn;
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
