Looking for a Purchasing and Sourcing Director. The job encompasses the daily and routine task of sourcing different products from novelty gifts and medical/surgical products from qualified manufacturers to meet the target price of our sourcing request. The main goal is to successfully reduce costs of purchasing and acquisition through managing a successful sourcing team, mass-sourcing, new supplier recruitment, and order management.

Skills:

• Must be able to usa Alibaba.com, Go4worldbusiness, and global sources effectively
• Must be able to reference check suppliers in china with legal means to make sure we are trusting good suppliers and not scammers
• Must have good negotiation and product knowledge of each product being sourced to meet the target price and meet the requirements of each order
• Must work quickly and deliver results in 24 hours
• Must be good on the phone and via email in a professional manner to successfully engage suppliers
• Must meticulously revise and pay attention to all details of a product and know how to identify the best supplier
