RESPONSIBILITIES：
1.Supply Chain System Construction: Optimize the company's supply chain management system, strengthening internationalization.
2.Strategy Formulation and Execution: Develop and drive the implementation of the company's supply chain strategy.
3.Supplier Management: Oversee the development, management, and evaluation of domestic and international suppliers, ensuring prices, quality, and delivery meet company requirements, while continuously optimizing the supplier network.
4.Supply Chain Planning: Coordinate plan management, capacity planning, inventory control, and risk management to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
5.Team Management: Build and develop the supply chain team, enhancing professional skills and team cohesion through training, evaluation, and selection.


REQUIREMENTS
1.Bachelor's degree, MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus;
2.Proven experience in supply chain management, demand planning, and logistics, with relevant experience in a leadership role in foreign multinational companies;
3.Strong understanding of solar industry supply chain practices and logistics is an advantage；
4.Excellent team management skills with a track record of developing high-performance teams and innovative solutions;
5.You are both hands-on but with a strong strategic and analytical mindset, not afraid to drive change and challenge the status quo;
6.Proficiency in supply chain software and tools, such as ERP systems, demand forecasting, and transportation management systems;
7.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement;
8.Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
9.Business fluency in English and Chinese. Any other European language is an advantage.
