Responsibilities:

• Suppliers evaluation, selection, negotiation, nomination and development, ensure all purchasing activities are done properly and strictly follow Group Compliance Guideline.
• Market research for suppliers in China.
• Conduct inquires and evaluate quotations.
• Reach goals concering delivery, quality, capacity and cost.
• Generate regular reports such as details of purchases in project, current expenditures and delivery status.
• Coordinate with other internal departments (Designing, Logistic, Production, Project Management, Finance, etc.)

to reach target.

• Other purchasing tasks assigned by his/her manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, with good technical background.
• At least 3+ years working experience in purchasing or sourcing, familiar with familiar with optical parts, doing project buyer.
• Fluent English in oral & writing.
• Accountability, passionate and initiative.
• Effective communication with internal & external.
• Good team player.
• Experienced in ERP/SAP/Kindgee.
