Job Description
职位描述：
1. 能为新项目开发国外新供应商，包括询价、商务谈判、合同签署等。 Can develop foreign suppliers for new project， including RFQ, commercial negotiation and contract/PO signing.
2. 参与并支持多功能团队，与其他部门合作，完成采购工作，并满足生产需求。 Responsible for leading a multi-functional team and cooperate with all related departments for the production components purchasing and fulfill no-production purchasing requirements.
3. 负责供应商日常交期确认，跟踪，请款等。 Responsible for the delivery date confirmation, follow up and do payment request.
4. 成本控制，采购风险防范；供货过程中各类问题的协调解决。 Cost controlling, Purchasing risk detective and Trouble shooting
5. 整理供应商相关资料，对其月度、季度、半年度、年度的综合评审。 Collect supplier related data; do the monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual comprehensive evaluation.
6. 负责持续改进供应商关系。平衡成本、质量和交货期。Responsible for continuously improving supplier relationship. Balancing cost, quality and lead-time.
7. 以及领导交办的其他工作 Complete other tasks assigned temporary.
任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历, ***有工程类背景 Education: bachelor degree or above, best engineering background;
2. 3~5年汽车零部件行业零件采购经验。 3 to 5 years experience in automobile part manufacturing field.
3. 外语能力优秀(英语/汉语) Excellent bilingual langual skills (English/Chinese)
4. 熟练使用SAP,掌握整个SAP采购流程。 Familiar with SAP system and know all the purchasing SAP process.
5. 熟悉汽车零部件采购流程，熟悉IATF16949体系要求，***有项目采购和一般采购的经历。 Familiar with automotive purchasing process and IATF16949 system requirements，Experience in project purchasing and general purchasing is preferred.
6. 良好的协调和谈判能力，并能承担工作压力。 Great coordinate ability and negotiate ability, can work under pressure.
