  • This will be a time defined contract, 3-6 months negotiable. Location to be in KL or Miri city. Start day is ASAP
  • You will assist the purchasing manager and work closely with all hotel department heads, to source the hotels opening OS&E (equipment, such as chinaware, linen, kitchen equipment, glassware, cleaning supplies ect), which a focus on quality products at the lowest prices.



Work Experience
  • Hotel purchasing experience desired, good understanding of hotel operating equipment
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Working in a hotel / Food & Beverage industry preferred
  • Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
  • Hotel pre-opening experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent and prompt communication skills required
  • Sound understanding of supply chain, local suppliers, established network and excellent negotiations skills would be helpful
