We are looking for a Purchasing Expert (f/m/x) in our Stuttgart office, starting in autumn 2021. In the role of a Purchasing Expert (f/m/x) you will work closely with leading roles (programs, finance, sourcing & staffing, enablement), finance specialists, and the managing director. You will play a key role in having trustful & sustainable partner relations with accurate and timely processing of contracts.

• Be transforming purchase requirements into supplier orders for official assignments in compliance with defined processes


• Define, implement, monitor, and improve standards, templates and processes to handle all purchasing needs


• Negotiate prices and terms and conditions with partners in context of orders, Cloud Risk Process and Data Processing Agreements


• Secure high quality of internal order process in cooperation with Daimler internal departments


• Review partner performances on a yearly basis and deriving measures if required


• Support in developing the partner portfolio


• Guide MB.ioneers in conflict situations with partners


• Continuously link business operations and purchasing activities


• Work in a holacratic environment to shape processes and tools
