Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Handle all purchasing activities, including PO follow-up, price negotiation, quotation, order processing;
  2. Responsible for the inventory control and purchasing plan for all materials;
  3. Maintain good sourcing network of relevant suppliers to maximize procurement efficiency;
  4. Deal with clients and vendors, make recommendation for corrective actions to address possible problems;
  5. To implement, monitor and review internal control and purchasing systems in accordance with the Group’s policies

Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience and at least 2 years at supervisory level;
  2. Diploma or above with certificate in Purchasing / Merchandising is preferred;
  3. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, mature, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently;
  4. Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Purchasing System;
  5. Previous Hotel opening experience will be an advantage;
  6. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua knowledge would be an advantage;
  7. Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Purchasing Manager
