Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for international sourcing business, especially co-packer sourcing (OEM sourcing) business
• Provide a market-based view of products and solutions that meet company needs
• Develop Contract Manufacturing, reduce total cost of ownership (TCO) and utilize market information in order to develop multi-year strategic plans to deliver lowest TCO
• Integrate company needs with the needs of Group Procurement Service to leverage buying power
• Create strategic plans with current and potential new suppliers, including growth and promotional programs
• Being as a key point of contact for supplier relationships, actively manage vendor relationships and proactively identify avenues for cost reduction and improved services to key stakeholders
• Manage selected suppliers including establishment and maintenance of the Supplier Scorecard

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Purchasing/Procurement or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of relevant Purchasing/Procurement experience in a leadership position
• Experience and expertise in services contracts formation and management
• Travel is needed
• Good team player, proactive with good passion and commitment
• Energetic, well-organized, presentable, detail-minded and able to work independently
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
