Supply Chain business expert who manages a team of supply chain professionals and/or people managers for effective and efficient procurement operations, delivering on the Cost, Availability, Quality, and Sustainability objectives of the supply chain. Plans and implements activities related to the timely, cost effective procurement, supply/demand, and inventory control. May also be responsible for some sourcing activities, in addition to coordinating global procurement efforts.

Qualifications:

• The Supply Chain Procurement Operations Manager will manage a team of Supply Line Managers SLMs responsible for serving all of Intel's Fabs within AMR. The candidate will manage a team of SLMs responsible for the following: converting manufacturing requirements into inventory strategies/tactics, logistical plans and supplier readiness.
• The team coordinates purchasing activities such as generating/managing reconciling forecasts and schedules.
• Monitors the acquisition of materials in support of ramping factories, sustaining factories and dispositions materials for end-of-life factories.
• The team partners with the factories to drive the lowest possible materials and service impact to tool availability.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of people management experience as well as knowledge of the Intel purchasing systems and processes.
• Candidate must possess an understanding of inventory management, supply chain processes and the ability to negotiate and influence supplies and internal stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field of study.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in the following areas:
• Complete understanding of TD engineering and factory operations.
• Analytical forecasting and part allocation modeling.
• People management, with constructive and productive coaching and mentoring experience.
• Complex supply chain algorithms to working level application.
• Flexibility to support our factories 24/7 operations.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Semiconductor Logic Equipment Suppliers and Tools
• Spare Parts BOM management and forecasting
• Inventory Parts categorization and delivery service level requirements
