We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an International Procurement Specialist. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our global supply chain and ensuring the efficient sourcing of goods and services from international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with international suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality products.

Negotiation: Lead negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, and contractual agreements.

Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and enhance the efficiency of the international supply chain, from order placement to delivery.

Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with international procurement, including geopolitical, regulatory, and logistical challenges.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies to maintain ethical and legal standards.

Vendor Performance: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, implement improvements, and address issues to maintain a high level of service and quality.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in international procurement, with a proven track record of successful negotiations and supply chain optimization.

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of international trade regulations, logistics, and supply chain best practices.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with global stakeholders and vendors.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess and address complex procurement challenges.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business priorities.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
