Job Description
Job content: (5 days 8 hours work system)
1. Supplier Management: Identify and assess suppliers to ensure they can provide the necessary goods and services. Responsibilities include negotiating contract terms, monitoring supplier performance, and managing supplier relationships.
2.Cost-Benefit Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit analyses to address the high volatility of electronic component prices and optimize purchasing decisions. This includes negotiating long-term contracts and utilizing bulk purchasing and futures contracts to secure prices.
3.Inventory Management: Maintain appropriate inventory levels to prevent both surplus and shortages. Work closely with sales teams to optimize inventory management.
4.Quality Control: Ensure that purchased goods and services meet the company's quality standards. This may involve establishing quality inspection processes and addressing quality issues and returns.
5.Strategic Planning: Develop effective procurement strategies that support the company’s overall business goals and strategies. Utilize various electronic procurement tools and systems to enhance the efficiency and transparency of the procurement process.
6.Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with purchasing electronic components, such as supplier financial stability, geopolitical risks, and the risk of technological obsolescence, and develop corresponding risk mitigation strategies.

Tenure Requirements:
1.Countries recruited include: the United States, Japan, the UK, Canada, Germany, the USA, Italy, Australia, Denmark, Spain, France, South Korea, Brazil, Malaysia.
2.Have certain knowledge of electronic components or electronics industry knowledge, and understand market trends and customer needs.
3.Experience in electronic distribution industry is preferred.

Tenure Skills:
1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in any field (Electronic Engineering or Marketing is
preferred);
2.Proficient in using procurement software and data analysis tools to enhance the
efficiency and transparency of procurement activities;
3.Good listening, reading, writing and speaking application skills, proficient in using
English to communicate with customers and negotiation skills;
4.Good communication, coordination and execution skills, efficient communication with
suppliers, internal team and other departments, strong sense of responsibility;
5.Strong learning ability and initiative to keep learning;
6.A desire to work in and love of the electronics industry;
7.Good teamwork spirit.
