4、指导所辖采购团队成员及时完成采购任务；

5、对采购市场的分析(竞争对手,供应商)，开发和管理采购渠道，持续改进工作；

Analyze the purchasing market (competitors, suppliers), develop and manage the purchasing channel, continuously improve the work;

6、制订并优化采购流程，控制采购质量与成本，达成公司对采购成本、物流成本、时间、物流、质量等的要求，持续优化降低成本；

Formulate and optimize the procurement process, control the quality and cost of procurement, achieve the company's procurement cost, logistics cost, time, logistics, quality requirements, continuous optimization and cost reduction;

7、联系相关部门确定材料,零件,技术的要求以及项目相关变更管理;

任职要求Job Specification：

1、全日制本科及以上学历，机械、机电工程、建筑工程自动化等相关工科专业，硕士（或MBA）优先考虑；

Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction engineering automation, master's degree (or MBA) is preferred;

2、5年以上机械制造采购管理工作经验；

At least 5 years experience in mechanical manufacturing purchasing management

3、有很强的组织和沟通能力，较强跨部门协作、协调和推动能力；

Strong organizational and communication skills, strong ability to collaborate, coordinate and drive across departments;

4、英语流利，熟悉采购业务流程，物流流程；

Fluent English, familiar with purchasing business process, logistics process;

5、懂法语者优先考虑。

Proficient in French is preferred.
