Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for procurement of supplies for outlets (foods and non-foods)
- Conduct vendor sourcing, selection, price comparison, annual review, and budgeting
- Ensure adequate supply of items to meet operational needs
- Monitor inventory to reduce and avoid wastage
- Review and implement purchasing & logistic policies and procedures
- Liaise closely with all department heads, suppliers, and vendors
- Collect updated market and price trend information
- Develop new relationships with international suppliers
- Monitor and manage the ERP system

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain or other related discipline
- At least 5 years of working experience in the Food & Beverage/Food business is a MUST
- Good communications skills, initiative, and ability to work under pressure
- Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Resourceful and possess strong integrity with professional ethics
- Strong PC skill in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc…)
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred
