Responsibilities

Reporting to Purchasing Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to handling non-food category with key focus on equipment and small wares /cleaning supplies.. You are also required to liaise with external suppliers, monitor cost and inventory control, and provide massive analytical support to management.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Purchasing and Supply Management or related disciplines
• 3-4 years above solid experience in procurement/supply chain, preferably in QSR or F&B industry
• Possess good quantitative & qualitative analysis background
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Self-driven, independent, meticulous and analytical
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
