Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform full cycle of purchasing activities including supplier selection, price negotiation, order execution, timely delivery, stock optimization etc for continuous business growth
- Manage supply relationship
- Maintain the purchasing database and records
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team on promotion activities and schedule; ensure sufficient stock for sales and timely delivery
- Work closely with Logistics team on stock arrangement, delivery schedule and arrangement, etc.
- Keep track and monitor inventory & stock level to avoid overstock or shortage; provide recommendation and action plans for improvement
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- University graduate or above related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
- A team player, proactive, well-organized with a positive attitude
- Strong market senses, detail-minded, numeric sensitive and good analytical skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Sound knowledge in PC applications and excellent in MS Excel
- Able to work under pressure and multitasking
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Purchasing Supervisor
