Purchasing Officer/Senior Purchasing Officer

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle food and non-food procurement request including sourcing, evaluating, costing and quality of supplier
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
- Maintain and update the price database and record
- Prepare reports for management review
- Work closely with internal users to ensure the orders can meet the schedule
Requirements:
- Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- 3-5 years relevant experience in catering or hospitality industry is a MUST
- Self-motivated, good communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Purchasing Officer
