1. Lead PQP process with internal functions on external supplier related activities

2. ISIR/PPAP approval (new P/N & ECR) & supplier approval

3. Monitoring & continuous improving on supplier's quality performance

4. Conduct Annual audit & product audit according Bosch requirements

5. Claim management with suppliers: problems solving & improvements

6. Supplier quality development(SQEP) /Improvement (SQIP)project if necessary

7. Quality methods training to suppliers

8. Supporting on Incoming inspection

1. Bachelor of Mechanic, Automotive / production engineering

2. 3~5 years quality / supplier quality experience in multinational company. Starter / alternator production experience is preferred.

3. Quality tools (FMEA, PPAP, 8D etc), TS16949 audit certificate; Basic lean & 6 Sigma knowledge preferred

4. Fluent Madarine, English speaking & writing.
