Main Purpose of the Job

Responsible for timely delivery of non standardized product and services, placing of and follow up of orders to external and internal suppliers.

Critical Experience

Experience of Supply Chain logistical processes and/or Purchase to Payment Process. +3 yr

Minimum Education
University Bachelor or equivalent
Key Responsibilities

1. Execute transactional, replenishment activities in line with sourcing strategies. Ensures process compliance (supply chain/Logistics/PtP).
2. Comply with global supplier management processes and stays updated on process development. Update Supply Manager and key stakeholders on operational purchasing issues and share best practice.
3. Understand impact of data accuracy in purchasing orders
4. Feedback system issues to the relevant supplier management responsible contact
5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Communicates updates and new developments to relevant key stakeholders
6. Analyze and monitor operational dashboard KPIs: plans and drive how to achieve local targets.
