ABOUT YOUR ROLE：
Cooperate with different teams and own team members to complete various purchasing tasks with adherence to company policy.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle local and oversea important & complex purchasing orders, e.g. releasing PO to supplier, following up the PO ready date etc.
• Check up the PO price and related PO information, submit the shipment documents and apply for payment.
• Handle with complaints both from customer and production dept. according to the customer's standard and company procedures.
• Periodically evaluate supplier delivery reliability, quality performance and work with supplier for any corrective and improving actions
• Propose Purchasing Process Improvement and follow up closely
• Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisor.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• At least 1-2 years related working experiences
• Good communication and analyze skill
• Good command of written English
• Familiar with office software (Word, Excel etc.)
• Good sense of team spirit
• Good sense of customer-focused service
• Easy-going, optimistic, hard-working and be able to work under pressure.
• University or above educational background
