Responsibilities:
• Work with internal team (procurement supervisor, CSR&Logistics manager) and cross function teams to conduct procurement strategy and tactic.
• Conduct price negotiations with suppliers to indicate assigned material prices.
• Take charge of sourcing new raw materials alternative for all manufacture sites in China, sourcing and qualify suppliers. Establish a feasible and optimized sourcing process and policy. Optimize relative working documentations. Interact with technical staff both internally and externally as well as cross function to create new opportunities for productivity to beat saving target.

• Manage, negotiate with, and maintain suppliers to get Max.support from suppliers. Take leader of supplier quality insurance project management. Coach staff / suppliers and lead sourcing intern team. Do category management of commodities (key materials) and do the regular material pricing forecast to support global, regional and China sourcing strategy.

• Get as much market intelligence as possible for each key raw material/category (profile materials and categories) as well as interact with technical person to understand material/category specifically to support sourcing strategy.
• Sourcing materials to find most suitable materials and suppliers.
• Take ownership on new material pipe-in projects working with cross-functional people to coordinate and push to accomplish on schedule. And also take leader on VSOT working process to beat saving target (new material/supplier pipe in/introduce process)
• Own total raw materials cost in China to beat total annual raw material cost target (AOP: annual operation plan)

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years Procurement, Sourcing, QA&QC, Product management or related experience in an industrial environment.
• B.S. in chemical-related field or sourcing related field
