In the Siemens Global Business Services center, we provide the purchase of materials and services for worldwide Siemens companies, especially the German ones, with which we are in contact every day. We work with orders, we manage supplier data in our systems, we prepare and implement tenders, electronic auctions, etc. We are searching for a candidate to join our diverse team in Procurement department in Prague on System Tool Specialist position. You will support our internal clients with internal system, will be key contact for commodity managers and maintain them up to date. You will have the opportunity to be part of implementation team, help out with new rollout of this tool and provide the adequate trainings.
YOUR DAILY TASKS WILL LOOK LIKE:
• Daily communication in a foreign language.
• Collaboration with colleagues from different countries.
• Preparation of trainings documents.
• Conduction of internal training for internal tool.
• Main contact person for our customers around the world.
• Participate in projects to improve our processes.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Communicative knowledge of English and German.
• Min. 1 year of experience in Procurement is required.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Have the desire to work in a team, learn consciously and develop in the field of purchasing.
