1) Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

2) For Maintenance project, minimum 4 years’ experience in ASD / Housing Authority / Hospital Authority term contract.

3) Applicants with less experience will be considered as Q.S./ A.Q.S.

4) Good computer skill and self- independence.
