Duties:

Report to the Deputy General Manager,
1. lead and manage the quality department to achieve all aspects of the quality goal. Be responsible for employees’ training. (both technically and disciplinarily), especially in the quality department.
2. Be responsible for, and make decisions on all measures that are required for any optional implementation for long-term actions.
3. Introduce a perfect quality assurance system to Honghua and its subsidiaries (including Hongtian, Youxing, Honghua International,and the marketing branches), which based on ISO 9001 and API Q1.
4. Be responsible for the definition and observance of the company’s quality requirements as regards in–firm and outside suppliers.Closely cooperate with purchasing department. Evaluate the audit results (including ISO and API) and monitor the measures.
5. Coordinate all quality issues with other departments, suppliers, and other subsidiaries. Provide technical and organizational support of all departments with customer complaints. Access the performance of other departments and managers to carry out their quality responsibilities.
6. Take measures towards a continuous improvement of the process.(caring about procedure ,requirements ,criterion, etc.).
7. Be responsible for the device for inspection, examination, and test. Make plans and implement those plans.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, majored in engineering or other technical major;
2. Professional experience in quality management . 2+ years Key experience as a QA director, or 5+ years as a QA manager/very-duty supervisor. Factory manufacturer related to mechanical industries experience would be a good plus;
3.Strong understanding about technical process;
4. PC/electronic data processing experience;
5. With perfect organizational and communication skills;
6. Fluent English, Chinese would be a plus;
7. In good health, Younger than 55 would be a plus.
