• Familiar ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality systems, especially for APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, CP;

• Draft and follow quality control plan according to FMEA, and train and guide production staff;

• Process capability analysis and CPK calculation / improve

• Customer complaint handling and work with cross functions to draft CAPA;

• Understand customer's voice and coordinate internal improvement;

• Have rich experience in customer visits, good communication skills with customers;

• Other requirements by your supervisor.
