• Customers quality management
  • Leading customers QSA & QPA audit
  • Quickly response to VOC and customers complaint
  • Regularly review quality performance at customers side, drive performance continuously improvement
• CM management:
  • Fully deploy Corning quality requirement (quality architecture & KPI) to CM and make sure CM follow exactly
  • Weekly review CM quality performance and drive continuously improvement
  • Initiate Quality alignment among different CMs & customers to make sure quality be well controlled
  • Make sure all process and products change be reviewed and approved properly
  • Drive CoQ improvement

• Bachelor degree or above in math, statistics or engineering
• 8+ years rich experiences in manufacturing industry quality functions-QA, QS & QC
• Experienced at CM or Supplier quality management

Requirements: Required Skills

• Be familiar with QS (ISO 9001 & GP)
• Skillful to handle customers QSA & QPA audit
• Familiar with problem solving and continuous improvement tools such as DMAIC, PCPD, Lean, PQA, KT & 8D
• Good data analysis skill by excel & Minitab
• Outstanding communication skills. Fluent in English speaking and writing
• Good reporting and presentation skill
• Eager to learn and accept new things
