The Challenge:

• Complex regulatory environment due to use of products in different application fields, ranging from pharmaceuticals to food and feed and cosmetics. Need to reconcile different and sometimes conflicting requirements for the same production line.由于产品运用于药品、食品、饲料、化妆品等不同的领域，所以有复杂的监管环境。需要协调相同的生产线生产不同要求的产品。
  

The Position:

• Maintain the Company Quality and food safety system to assure premix food additive products and processes meet the defined specifications and related regulations, and are meeting the customer requirements, as well as legal, regulatory and corporate requirements.维护公司的质量和食品安全体系，以确保复配食品添加剂产品的生产过程符合规范和相关法规标准,并满足客户的需求,以及法律、法规和企业需求。
• Assure that all company activities and workflow are fully compliant with the applicable standards and practices: ISO 9000/FSSC22000, kosher, halal, HACCP, (Chinese) GMP and others. Ensure awareness and understanding of these standards by all employees, including management. 确保公司的所有活动和流程都符合标准和法规：ISO 9000/FSSC22000, kosher, halal, HACCP, (Chinese) GMP 等等。确保所有员工和管理着都认识和理解这些标准。
• Maintain close contact with customers, in coordination with marketing and other functions, and be responsible for managing customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Manage customer audits and ensure identified gaps are promptly resolved.与客户保持密切联系，协调营销和其他部门,同时及时有效地处理客户投诉。接待客户审计,确保及时处理客户要求。
• Maintain close contact with relevant quality authorities in order to be well informed of any changes or developments which may impact the compliance status of the company and inform relevant people on site. • Make sure perform regular internal audits and management review to verify the conformance of actual practices to the defined procedures, identify potential for further improvement and ensure the continued effectiveness and suitability of the Quality Management System.确保定期根据明确的程序进行内部审核和管理评审,发现可整改项目,确保质量管理体系的持续有效性和适用性。
• Manage and monitor a system to ensure identified corrective actions are documented, are implemented and are effective (Plan-Do-Check-Act feedback loop).管理和监控一个系统，来确保偏差行动的记录,并有效实现(计划-执行-检查-行动 关闭回路)。
• Ensure that all changes which have a potential impact on regulatory status or customer satisfaction are adequately managed in line with the “Management of Change” procedures.确保所有对法规状态和客户要求有潜在影响的所有变更需要被充分管理并遵循“变更管理”程序。
• Maintain close contact and coordinate with all relevant internal parties to ensure quality issues are discussed and resolved: Production, Maintenance, QC, Marketing & Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, and that for all levels and organisational units.与生产、维护、质量控制、市场营销和销售、物流、采购等所有层次和组织单位保持密切联系和协调,确保质量问题进行讨论并得以解决:

The Ideal:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in food， chemistry, pharmaceutics, biology or related fields. 在食品、化学、制药、生物学方面取得学士学位
• Minimum 5 years in a QA or Regulatory Affairs position within a premix food additive manufacturer or trader. 五年以上复配食品添加剂领域的QA及法规相关管理经验。
• Good communication skills.良好的交流能力
• Notions of ISO and (international) GMP standards. 了解ISO(国际)和GMP标准
• Good knowledge of Chinese regulatory environment for food/compound food additive /pharma. 熟悉中国的食品、食品添加剂、制药方面的监管制度
