Job Responsibilities:  Overall EXG/HPD QI metric development and tracking.  CDT Quality G$ matrix proposal making and maintain Quality G$ Metric with metric owners.  Develop, maintain and optimize Quality issue handling process and support regional QA/AE/CE group to secure procedure effectively.  Regular meeting hosting- H QI review meeting with cross functions stakeholders and managers  Report out CDT WW Quality Metric Status in weekly/Monthly basis and support Quality progressing to point out Quality opportunity.  QI CAPA migration to CDT/CPM for QI prevention.  Data analysis from QI database to support overview and opportunity finding with Attribute team/Engineering/Commercial/Manufacture/Regional QA, etc.  QI system-EtQ-WWCRP maintenance  Shipping criteria change management  Urgent support for special request from Quality issue or customer urgent requirement in Quality.  Work with CPM QA for cross region QI handling and QI procedure/KPI alignment. Required Skills • Familiar with 8D report concept • Project management skill &Data analysis • Good English comprehension in spoken, writing and reading, (TOEIC 550) • Good presentation and reporting skill • Good communication, coordination, and follow-up ability • Familiar with Finishing or Melting process as plus. • Understanding basic knowledge of process improvement approach (KT, DMAIC, PQA approach, QC, etc) Education • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering/Statistic. Experience • Experienced in project management & data analysis, Customer LCD-TFT related experience or QI handling experience as plus. Other Requirements
