Job Description
Description:
- Qulaity lead for product line in manufactuting through quality control , dealing with non-conformal material ( MRB) , quality deviation and quality monitor system ( IQC/OQC/QMS/OGM/ORT)
- Monitor 8D( CAR and ICAR) process and drive closure
- Monitor and drive factory quality imporvemnet on Microphone/Baro, especiialy focus on test machine monitor and improvement to reduce MEMS damage occurance.
- He/She needs to have QC methodology such as 6 sigma concept, CP/CPK, 5-why, SPC and Gauge R&R and is able to develop an effecive quality monitor system going forward.
- To coordinate with test team on new tester buy-off , qualification and production monitor
