1. Support the lab overall technically, including: purcahsing and maitaining all the machines, fixtures, tools, updating working instruments and procedure, as well as introducing and explaining international (or industrial) standards, customer technical requirements, and other test criteria;
2. Provide test guidances, suggestions, or consultant services, how to better perform different tests, such as: Reliability, RoHS, Halogen, and others related tests, against different standards (international or industrial), as well as special tests upon special requests;
3. Make continuous improvements for the lab technically (man, machine, material, method, and working environment, such as: layout, air-conditioner, ESD smocks and shoes, and operation safety, etc.);
4. Enhance the lab technical service level and technician technical skills, through trainings.

1. It is better to have some experiences in engineering departments in manufacturing factory (process engineering, machine engineering, or quality engineering), or similar;

2.Strong capability to understand test principles, test standards, and test documents, quickly;

3.Strong capability to create or update technical documents, or modify test records and reports;

4. Strong capability to fix or resolve technical issues during different tests, etc.1.
