Responsibilities:

1. Work with Testing Engineer to conduct physical & mechanical testing per international toy standard and product spec, finish test in agreed time frame.

2. Attend project kick off meeting, review product spec for new project, to ensure test result is complete and accurate. Review defect sample with quality engineer and project engineer, supplier to ensure they understand clearly on defect sample and take corrective action for improvement.

3.Work with equipment supplier and quality engineer for new equipment design/maintenance to ensure all testing equipments/fixtures are in good condition and ready for testing.

4.Maintain lab documentation to keep it update for lab operation/testing such like test report, toy standard, equipment instruction sheet, invoices copy, SOP.

5.5S of lab daily operation to keep lab environment and samples well organized in daily job.

Requirements:

1. Education: Associate degree of mechanical, electrical or related.

2. Experience: 1 year or above testing experience in toy industry. Have general understanding of international toy standard such like ASTM F963, EN71, ISO 8124, CHPA, etc…Hands on experience of physical testing, with good communication skill.

3. Computer Skills: Good MS office skill, Word, Excel.

4. Language Skills: Fluent in English, writing and reading.
